page cannot be displayed

In the past couple weeks I have had "page cannot be displayed on pages that
do exsitst. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this.
Some people can get into the site that I cannot access. Does
anyone know what has happened to my Browser? What can I do? I
have allowed the site in security settings but still cannot access
some webpages.

I run Avast anti virus..It checks out clear. I did an online Malware scan
,clear also.
The link I want is www.newkidontheblok.com ( no "c" in blok ) There
were other links and pages I could not access either.
