When I click on a link on a webpage and it opens a new
window I sometimes receive "The Page Cannot Be
Displayed," Can someone please tell me how I can fix this.

Try this:

Click on Start > Run - type in these commands and press

the <Enter> key after each command,

clicking OK as each file succeeds in being registered.

After all have succeeded, restart the computer and try the web page links
again.

This will generally only hapen when you don't have Internet or network
connectivity.
