In My msn and hotmail page I see this page that they don't display. I have
been in the internet option and check that I have checked the SSL. but still
is not displaying.

Now I have downloaded Netscape 7.2 and I do not get the "this page cannot be
displayed" instead I get a blank in that area.

Can someone help

Is Netscape your default browser? Probably not. The website may be bussy.
Use your default browser either MSN or Hotmail (IE).

Maybe I did not explained very well. It is only part of the page that does
not get displayed in both MY msn and hotmail account.
( the whole page is done in frames right. so those little html pages are
not getting display)
IE is my default browser. I am not quite sure if repairing will do it. I
just want some feed back.
I also went to the Support page and they suggested to run sfc /scannow.
but then it is not recognizing my windows XP CD.

You may want to try resetting your Internet Explorer settings, and\or
disabling your Internet Accelerator program, if you have one.

If you've got an internet accelerator program, I would try disabling that
first. Dont' just use the "disable" option, actually exit out of the
program. (On mine, it's right-click the thing on the system tray, and choose
Exit.)

For resetting Internet Explorer Settings, to into IE, then Tools and
Options. In there, click the Advanced Tab, then "Restore Defaults." Close
out of all IE windows then go back in and try your thing. If that still
hasn't worked try Tools\Options\SEcurity Tab, and setting Internet to LOW.
Do this only temporarily to see if your problem gets fixed. You normally
want it on at least Medium or Medium-High.
