Scott,
That URL redirects to a "https:" site:

As for "qksrv.net", that is NOT a site but a tracking service.
When you click on a link that uses an embedded (hidden) link
that routes you thru "qksrv.net" and you get a "page not found":
Symptom: Page cannot be displayed / Cannot find server or DNS Error
In the event you can not access a site and you believe it
may be due to an entry in the HOSTS file.
You can use a simple batch file to rename the HOSTS file "on-the-fly".
Download: RenHosts.bat

[more info]
Check the URL first! It may be taking you to somewhere you don't want
to go! Yes webmasters can fudge the URL displayed in the lower left
corner of your browser. When you are not sure - right-click the link
and select: Copy Shortcut - paste to Notepad.

When i try to goto
http://mycard.fleet.com and some ad sites like
qksrv.net, i get page cannot be displayed. I assume this has something to
do with headers in the SP1 patch.
