Page cannot be displayed in users

Im having a problem the the page cannot be displayed in
all our users except this one but in hte rest messenger
works anyone know my problem?

I am having the same problem with aol9.0 ..ie 6.0 doesnt
work, page cannot be displayed/cannot find server..
however it does work "inside" aol?
