page cannot be displayed in secure website like online banking

Please let me know how to resolve the problem if get the
error message page cannot be displayed.

Radha,
You probably need to change your security settings using
the internet options control panel. Go to tools then
options. On the options control panel select security
tab. Highlight the internet icon and click on custom on
the bottom of the panel. Set your security desires.
