'Page cannot be displayed' in centre of page

Whenever I go to www.ebay.co.uk the page loads but there's a part right in
the centre which reads 'The page cannot be displayed'. Can anyone tell me
how to remedy this, please?

Hi Thomas,

I guess those portions are blocked by your firewall [check its options] or
your HOSTS file [open it in Notepad to see if there are entries you don't
want to be blocked - delet those lines, save the file and reboot].
