I was recently getting page cannot be displayed a lot on my web.
Not on entire pages, but what looked like to be sporadic, maybe where ads
should
be. Dell said it may be my network card (LOL) not wanting to put any effort
out, so I fought for even a NEW one. But after that call, I did a repair
reinstall and the problem was gone (WHY?)

So I was reluctant to install the new one, but I said hey, Its new.
I did, now it is back. The page cannot be displayed error.

Any ideas. One other forum told some guy that don't worry, it is when an ad
server is down. Is that right.

Can I run some test on my "network card" as Dell said. Or would I wanna test
something else?

Last, i read something about a media button in IE but I have never had
one.Can u tell me where it isi. I tried on the bar, customize, etc. and it
was not there.

Thanks
Eric

When trying to display the page in question that has the issue, click on
View | Privacy Report. That will give you the list of links on that page and
it's possible that some links have 3rd. party cookies that are blocked. If
so, the result may be that those links are displayed as "not found etc.".
See also Tools | Internet Options | Privacy for your browser's handling of
3rd. party cookies. It would be helpful to the group to post the link to
that page you have a problem with.

I am having this same problem, but not just in IE, it shows uo when I am in
the email page for MSN. I tried Microsft default and my personal custom
security settings, which did not fix this problem.
