Can anyone help?

I have a good connection via the modem but I can't view
any pages. All I get is "Page can not be displayed".

Do you have a firewall in place. You may be blocking even
the home page. Also check to see if you enabled high
security in the Internet Options security tab. This can
also stop display.
What OS? Last updates?
