HiJackThis lists the installed files such as BHO's, etc. Is there any list of
what is installed on a new version of IE 6.0? My IE will not go to any web
site and I think I may have deleted the wrong thing using HiJackThis. I may
have gotten on the wrong line to delete something. Old eyes don't see that
well anymore.

I have tried a couple of the fixes mentioned on this board for similar
sounding problems but no joy at all. I'd appreciate a more learned look at
this.

Use the recovery feature to retrieve what you have erroneously deleted.
Select > Config > Backups> Restore > check the item(s) > confirm the restore.
