Page can not be displayed until I hit retry

I have recently upgraded to XP Pro SP2, IE 6 SP2, and now whenever I go to a
new page it says it can't find it. If I hit retry the page usually shows up.
This happens everywhere. Even www.yahoo.com, and yahoo mail, and then my
mail account. What's going on?

I also run spybot, EZ Firewall, EZ Antivirus, and I've turned off XP Firewall.
