Page can not be displayed in IE 6

I run 98#2, with IE6 and all updates.
Some web pages (that I used to get) now say they
can't be displayed or are unavailable... have even
gotten a couple that say I am not authorized! This
never happened until I upgraded to IE6... what is it?
How do I fix?
