Can anyone tell me what I need to do when Excel won't let
me adjust the page breaks on a worksheet? I'm trying to
select the "fit to one page" option, but whenever I do
that, it changes my scaling to 10% and makes the
spreadsheet about 20 pages long when it should only be, at
most, two! Sometimes it makes each cell a different
page. And if I try to go in to the Page Break Preview and
adjust the page breaks, it tells me that the margins do
not fit the page. Any help you could offer would be
GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi

Well, when you press fit to one page, yes it will scale it
to 10% but it should make your 20 pages to 2 pages.

Check what kind of paper size is selected by going to
Print/Properties (besides printer name)

Try to right click in the worksheet and select 'Reset All
Page Breaks' and then 'Reset print Area'

Reset your print area to be the area you need it printed.

If you set your area and scale to fit on one page - it should fit on one page --
not two not 3 not 20

I have tried all of those, and nothing works!
