When I insert a page border the bottom portion of my border does not display in "view" or when I print my document.
How can I correct this problem.

Unfortunately, bottom page borders don't normally print on inkjet-type
printers because of the inability to get as close to the bottom as the page
borders go. One thing you can try is to click on "Format", "Borders and
Shading", click the "Page Border" TAB, click the "Options" button, then run
the points from 24 - 31 and see if that works. If not, you will need to use
the Drawing toolbar and draw a rectangle on your page and set the wrapping
to "none", then change the line size, color, and type to suit your needs.

Hopefully the first option will work, but more than likely it won't since
there are 72 points to an inch and 31 points is still less than 1/2 inch.
Most inkjet printers need about 0.6 inches from the bottom border, but it is
worth a try!

If you set the distance "from text" (which should really be called "from
margin") instead of "from edge of page," you will do a lot better.
