Page borders in my report only go to 22". When inserting fields, I am only
able to access 22". Page preview only shows 2 1/2 pages. I would like 3 full
pages to print and preview.

Bond43;

You need to create "Sub-Reports". Search Access Help for "Sub-Reports"

In human language that means You need create more than one report and place
them one inside the other. Then link the Parent/Child fields in the
properties.

Normally I set a "Sub-Report's" height to .5" and then set the property to
"Can Grow".

Thanks for the reply. I will try that. Does this mean that if my 2nd page is
1-1/2 pages, and my third is the same, that all three pages will be visible
and available?

Man, that sounds like one strange report. The height limit
for any one section in a form/report is 22". But, you can
create more sections by using Sorting and Grouping (View
menu) on one or more constant expressions such as =1 and
specifying Yes for group header and footer sections. The
total design space of all sections is limited to 200".

As Andy said, subreports are another way to get more design
space, especially when combined with the additional sections
per the above.
