Page Banners

I recently had to re-jig the navigation system on my site, I previous didn't
have the page names on the banners, only the main heading of the site, which
I preferred. I don't know how to alter it back? I'm also having problems
matching the colour of the banner to the logo picture and link bars, can
anyone help?
 
View Navigation and right click each page to rename it
- then run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and re-publish
