Page Banners will not display

FrontPage 2000 question: I have a simple web site with (4)
pages. (1) home page and (3) child pages. Each page is
supposed to display a page banner. Only one child page
displays the banner correctly. All other pages have a
line of text saying "Add this page to the Navigation view
to display a page banner here" where the page banner
should appear. However, when I go to Navigation view, I
can't add the pages. They are already there. Anybody
experience this? What's going on?
 
View Navigation and make sure your home page file name is the correct one required by your host and has the home icon in it
