Page automatically scrolls back up to the top

I'm having problems with my page automatically scrolling back up to its
original presentation. It seems to happen when I move the mouse. This makes
it difficult to see what's at the bottom of the page. It does the same thing
in Windows Explorer. Any suggestions on how to control this?

Hi Ant,
with a first view of what you have described I suggest you to update your
mouse driver. For the mouse move and sometime happens by wheel move, the page
refreshes automatically.

Try using your keyboard?

Press Ctrl-End (or PageDown or Space or CursorDown)
