Packetyzer (packet capture & analysing program)

Based on the Ethereal source code, but it has a normal Windows interface
instead of the "ugly" GTK+ GUI of Ethereal.

Also, check out the sniffer at Analogx (.com). Easy install, self-
contained, exports log, etc. I've found the AnalogX utilities a bit lean
on features, but always rock solid. Most are for XP/2K. All are free, of
course.

Ethereal works on Win9x, so I think Packetyzer does too.

Ethereal/Packetyzer have a lot of professional features, while AnalogX is
probably more "amateur" (but easier to use). Depends on what you want. :-)
