go to google.com or yahoo.com

and type in the NAME of your computer.

Such as Packard Bell PULSAR 20

this will do it, should bring a site up somewhere in the world that will tell you all the specs u need to know about your packard bell

good luck

Go to windrivers.com and enter your f.i.c. number it should be on your motherboard and enter it on there and your mb and specs will show up telling you what you need to know ...hope that helps...:p
