Packaging Word, Excel & Powerpoint to one CD

I'm having problems packaging 8 powerpoint presentations, 2 word documents,
and 1 excel spreadsheet to one CD. I need to be able to save all 11
documents on one CD and can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone help?
Please....
 
What problems are you having, and what version of PPT are you using?

Assuming you're doing File | Package for CD, it should gather all your
linked files along with the presentation by default.
