Packaging Access Application & DB

I would like to distribute a Access 2002 App & DB to
various users that may have Windows 98 and up. From my
undertstanding this can be accomplished through the
Developer's Edition of MS Office in which I can create a
RUNTIME Installation of the database.

Where can I find and purchase Developer's Edition of MS
Office ? Is it included in my company's enterprise CD's
or is it seperate from all the rest ?
