Package for CD - HD full

When I try to utilize Package for CD on PowerPoint 2003, it fails and I get a message "the files cannot be copied to the temporary folder because the hard disk may be full. Please free up space and try again". My hard drive has 30 GB free space, so it is not full! I have tried this option on two different computers and received the same message.
Please advise.
 
It may be looking for contiguous space in your Temp folder. Try cleaning
out your Temp folder - - C:\Documents and Settings\*userid*\Local
Settings\Temp and then defragging your hard drive.
