I am using powerpoint 2003. When I try to use pack & go I get a message saying a web browser like internet explorer is required. This is odd since internet explorer is installed on the pc. The message will not close & I have to use task manager to close powerpoint. How do I get pack and go to work

Thanks.

Before we proceed, are you sure that you have PowerPoint 2003? I ask
because PowerPoint 2003 doesn't have the Pack and Go feature. It's called
Package for CD. I guess that a little more info is needed from you.

I believe I'm using office xp? I'm sure I'm using windows
xp. Pack & go is definitely an option on my program. How
do I get powerpoint to recognize that internet explorer is
installed on my pc? Why does it need a web browser?

Thanks.

It sounds like there is something wrong with your installation. Go to Help
Detect and Repair and see whether that process helps. Otherwise I can't
think of any reason that Pack and Go would be issuing such a message. Maybe
someone else has an idea.
