Pack.exe has encountered a problem

I purchased a USB Control pad that came with 2 cd's of games .The control pad
works fine but when i try to run the gamesthe sound starts & i get
message,Pack.exe has encountered a problem & needs to shut down,send error
report.I have sent numerous reports HELP Please

Contact the seller and ask why the free games you got dont work.
