Hi,

I am wanting to "Pack and Go" my Powerpoint presentation, but I have a few
images, video clips and music clips in my presentation which are saved in My
Documents. I would like to "Pack and Go" my presentation, then email it to
my friend who will then burn in onto a CD.

Do I have to do any extra things before I pack and go it to make sure that
the video, images and everything else are sent in my email?

Thanks

Pack and Go is supposed to resolve all those links to your
video/images/movie clips, so you shouldn't have to do anything extra.

Be aware, though, that your recipient will need *both* of the files that
Pack and Go creates. Don't just send the one file.

Also, I'd imagine that by the time you get all that linked stuff packed,
the file will be too large to go by email. You may need to upload the
files to someplace your friend can download them from.
