If it isn't listed on the download page, you've still got
a bit of a wait. I don't see it on the motherboard page
either.

The December Asusworld magazine has specs, but no picture.
Where the picture should be, it says "Coming soon". My guess
would be, it won't be a Christmas present.

The two PCI-X slots are likely bridged from four PCI Express
lanes coming from the bottom of the Southbridge. Otherwise,
I don't see a spigot on the chipset to support the slots.
There is no mention of which chip is used.
