Hi all

I've just bought the P5ND2-SLI Deluxe board, and I've got 2 Asus N6600 GT
video cards installed. The problem is that my system only works with SLI
turned off. When I enable it, after the reboot the system crashes, sometimes
I get a black screen, other times I get to the desktop but I can't to
anything. In the board manual, on the bios section it says that in the SLI
configuration page we have 2 options (SLI mode and EZ-Plug Warning). In my
bios on that page I only have the EZ-Plug Warning option. I find this very
strange.
Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

Did you look at page 6-2 in the manual ? It mentions that
the SLI selector card ships from the factory in "single
card mode", and the selector card must be removed from
its socket and flipped to the contacts on the other side
of the selector. The selector card rewires the PCI Express
lanes for x8/x8 dual card mode, instead of x16/x1 mode.

It could be the BIOS is sensing the selector card is in
the wrong position, or it could be the BIOS has noticed
that your two video cards use different versions of video
card BIOS.

Do you have the bridge card plugged between the two video
cards ? That is the thing below the CD in this picture:

There is also a support, that is screwed to the slot hole
between the two video cards. The support gives the bridge
card some mechanical support. Look in the lower right
hand corner of this picture.

The support is not shown in this picture, but would go
between the two video cards, and is intended to hold the
bridge in place and provide more mechanical support.
