P5GD2: System starts on its own.

P5GD2 Deluxe. Choose shutdown from XP and it seems to totally shutdown.
Then, 4 sec. later it turns itself back on! I unplugged the network cable
and problem was solved. But BIOS item "Power On by PCI device" is DISABLED
(as are the other items in APM Configuration).

This only started a few days ago--I think after using Standby in XP more
than usual. What the??

Disable Wake-on-Lan in the BIOS.
