P4PE USB2.0 Question

I installed the orangeware usb2.0 drivers and I just wonder if all my
usb ports
are capable of usb2.0 or only certain ones. This may seem like a stupid
question
but I've seen some messages regarding usb 2.0 that make me wonder. Any
help will be appreciated. The USB 2.0 controller and root hub show as
working in Win98se.

For the p4pe they should all be USB 2.0.
