P4PE - BIOS update to 1007 - now no sound

AC97 is set to AUTO in the BIOS. Win98SE doesn't even see
the sound device but it does see the MIDI synth. Sound was
working before upgrade but was occasionally "choppy" (random
pauses) - that's why I upgraded. Tried deleteing all sound
devices and getting Win to redetect but doesn't find it.

Any ideas?

Did a bit more investigation and decided to change my
AGP/PCI BIOS setting from AUTO to 66/33 and that did the
trick - I have sound back.

I guess I should have mentionned I was OC'ing my 2.4b to FSB
165. Odd thing is it all usta work this way. Something
"improved" in the BIOS I guess...
