Yes, I've tried it and it solved some issues that I had with 2x512 MB RAM.
Prior to 1006 I could't have the Turbo-mode enabled, but it works fine now.

I just flashed the BIOS to 1006, and I see no problems whatsoever.
I've been hesitant to set the performance to turbo, however, have you seen a
noticeable difference with it enabled?

I had never problem with Turbo-mode enabled (2 x 512MB Infineon).

I always used turbo-mode with 2 x 512MB Infineon without problems.
