P4P8X-Asus Probe

I have an Asus P4P8X-I865P chipset. When I finished install Asus
Probe V2.20.02. The 12 Volt reading value is 15.503 volt with a
flashing message "12 V is out of threshold". Should I ignore the
beeping and disable the 12-volt reading or there is something wrong
with my motherboard?

I would suggest you use MBM, http://mbm.livewiredev.com
A lot more flexible and better supported, see the forum.
