disable hiber...delete the hiber file(if is still there)... reboot... then
retry hiber/wakeup... for me it worked....

I have had the same issue since updating to BIOS 1015.

Removing my USB 2.0 Compact Flash memory card reader before I resume
from hibernation resolves the issue.

Perhaps it's an issue with USB mass storage devices in general. Are you
using any?
