The Gatekeeper
I just upgraded my motherboard, processor and RAM recently. I kept my case
that my old PC was in and just moved everything into it. It has front USB
ports that were hooked up and working with my P4S533 mobo. I'm pretty sure
that I read that USB 1.1 and 2.0 cables can be interchanged but am not sure.
I have tried to hook up the wires from my case but can't seem to get them
working. I remember that I had this problem when I hooked it up to my older
mobo but I forgot to check how it was hooked up when I ripped everything
out. I have two each of black, green, red and white wires. from right to
left I skipped the one pin, then put the black, green, white and red. But I
have also tried it many different ways and it doesn't seem to go. Just
wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks
