P4P800: DualChannel mode, memory acceleration?

My P4P800 shows at boot up only
'400Mhz DDR dual channel linear mode'
with an iP4-2,6 Ghz HT 800 Mhz.

Should it not write 800Mhz?

'Memory acceleration mode' in bios is activated, two similar memory
sticks (2x512, CASl 2.5, DDR400) are located in the two blue sockets.

Is this correct? Are dual channel mode and memory acceleration working?

Quick memory speed with AIDA32 http://www.aida32.hu
shows
Read: 4236 Mb/sec
Write: 1483 Mb/sec

My system shows similar message but what is the difference between linear
mode and dynamic mode? How to achieve dynamic mode?

no, why? It's PC3200, 400Mhz DDR ram (and actually the clock is
running only at
200Mhz, but that's another matter). Or do you think because you have
two modules that would make it 2*400=800Mhz?

But Cpu should work quad pumped with 800 Mhz !? What did I
misunderstand?
According to reviews, you'd better set the performance mode (bios
setup advanced/jumperfree) to standard or turbo, seems to have more
influence on the result than memory acceleration mode. But if you
want to know if it really is enabled, just do some memory benchmarks
with/without it enabled...

Quick memory speed with AIDA32 http://www.aida32.hu
shows with memory acceleration mode:
Read: 4236 Mb/sec
Write: 1483 Mb/sec

Quick memory speed with AIDA32 http://www.aida32.hu
shows without memory acceleration mode:
Read: 3756 Mb/sec
Write: 1154 Mb/sec

True, but it just looks like the bios does not advertize the front side
bus speed but just the ddr ram speed. The cpu will certainly run at
800Mhz (200 Mhz quad-pumped) bus speed, otherwise it wouldn't run at
2.6Ghz internally. You can use some utilities like cpu-z
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php if you really need confirmation it runs at
800Mhz.
Quick memory speed with AIDA32 http://www.aida32.hu shows with memory
acceleration mode: Read: 4236 Mb/sec Write: 1483 Mb/sec

memory acceleration mode: Read: 3756 Mb/sec Write: 1154 Mb/sec
That's quite a difference, more than 20% in write performance, so it
seems to be working.
