P4P800 Deluxe Bios Update

Can I use the Asus Update tool to update my Bios from 10 to 14? Or must I
use the DOS tool Afudos.exe?

Just keep an eye on the system. If problems start to develop, remember you
did this flash. I had near-fatal problems develop on my system after such
flashing just a few days ago, but they did not show up until hours after I
did the flash.
