Your choice to flash but I don't bother unless a new feature is required. The latest bios for p4p800 is version 1014. Here's a link to the drivers: http://www.asus.com.tw/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=P4P800 1014 bios is first in the download list. You can read what the changes are by clicking on the small/blue "More..." info link. Newest bios also needs a newer flash utility.
