P4P800 Audio and LAN Drivers

Does anyone have a good working copy of the new SoundMAX audio drivers and
the new 3Com Gigabit LAN drivers?

All sites i have visited lead me to corrupted and unusable files.

Please Help!!

Just tried the one overhere:

This zip allows you to update the driver but it uninstalls the 3COM NIC
Agent software and there appears to be no re-install exe that works with it
on XP if at all.
