P4P800 and Endless Beeps

Until the Windows XP logo appears.

When I boot up the P4P800 I start to receive and endless series of beeps. I
checked the manual and it suggests no system memory. However, the memory is
installed and works. The beeping disappears as soon as thee Windows XP logo
appears.

Anyone have suggestions as to what is going on here? Thanks.
 
I'm don't understand your reply.

I boot into Windows just fine. I don't believe the post beep codes have
anything to do with software anyway.

Ah, sorry I didn't read your post thoroughly. I thought Windows XP failed to
load. The beeping, is it continuous like an ambulance or just a few beeps?
The P4P800 beeps once for every USB device detected.
