P4C800 mobo, RAID0 and "failed or disconnected" driver :(

Today I turned on my computer and had a bad surprise :(
On booting I got an offline Raid. I entered the configuration and
found out that I have a "failed or disconnected" drive.
The configuration of the RAID is 0 because I was interested in using
the ATA133 controller of the baord and the only way to acomplish that
is to use RAID.
Now, is there any way I can recover from this error?
Any help please?

No sorry to say she is lost. Unfortunately that is the price you pay for
having the speed of Raid 0. If you want the safety net you need to setup
Raid 1.

In the configuration delete the array.
Do not clear the boot sector or initialize the drive.
Rebuild the array (you have to use the same
settings that you used originally).
When you save the array, do not initialize it.
This has worked for me.
