What are the differences between the P4C800-E VS. P4C800-Deluxe?????????

There are probably some other small changes, but I know for sure that
the P4C800-E now uses the Intel GbE chip connected via CSA to the
chipset rather than using the 3Com GbE chip connected via PCI on the
P4C800 Deluxe.
