P4C800-E - Raid Array - Intel or Fasttrack

Hi All,
I've just started building my new p4C800-e system, I'm planning on
using RAID 0 (2 * seagate 160gig SATA drives). Should I use the Intel
raid or the Fastrack raid?

Also anyone know where the lasted raid drivers are (I'm just off to
ASUS now to download the latest BIOS etc)

I think it was on tomshardware.com where I read that the Intel RAID0
performs better.

anyone know how to set up the Intel Raid.

I get to the screen where you're supposed to type 'ctrl-l' (I presume
this means control + L) - but nothing happens. The screen is only
visible for about 0.5 seconds - not enough time to read it...

Control + I (for Intel).
