P4C800-E Deluxe Promise RAID Ctrl-F not working

I built a 2 drive RAID array with the ICH5R connection (SATA1, SATA2)
on the mobo, but decided to switch to the Promise controller (SATA_RAID1,
SATA_RAID2). Now I can't get to the MBFastBuild utility to rebuild the
array.

BIOS Advanced has Onboard Promise Controller Enabled, Mode RAID. BIOS
Main IDE Configuration has Enhance Mode on, RAID Yes.

I have been unable to find a way to get into MBFastBuild via Ctrl-F.

How can I get around this problem?

It's working now. I thought I had plugged the cables into the SATA-RAID
controller, but I had not.
