The pin configuration is not the same to make the power LED connection
to the case. Has anyone had the same problem and how did they solve
it?

You're right - the PLED lead in the Antec P160 case comes with a 2-pin
connector (probably a manufacturing error) while the motherboard needs a
3-pin connector with an empty middle pin.

My P160 came this way as well. I solved it by using a needle to
carefully work the ground lead (white) out of the 2-pin connector. Then
I took one of the 1-pin connectors from the firewire cable, which I'm
not using, and removed the plastic connector cover from the lead. I
placed the white ground lead into this single pin connector.

Then I attached the 2-pin connector (which now only has the green + lead
in it) to the motherboard connector, and attached the 1-pin connector
(which has the white - lead in it) right next to it.

Works like a charm.

Good luck with yours.
