P4c800 Deluxe

I have acquired a P4C800 Deluxe i857P 2Ch. DDR400 SATA together to cpu a P4
2,6 ghz FSB800 Ht, two modules Dimm 512 mb 400mhz(3200) and the video
adapter Abit Torpedo FX5600 DT 256MB DDR, all is mounted on case with local
power source is 350Watt (Max.).

When I try to turn on the result is null, the monitor is turn on but the
screen is black and the system not emitted a beep.
They give to me one explanation?

P.S.: all the components used are new, also the M/B , I have verified all
the components in other PC and work.

Does the power supply have the 4 pin P4 power connector? The motherboard
needs two power connectors plugged in.
 
I have plugged in the 4 pin p4 power cable and two power connector but the
result is identical.

If you use the 4 pin 12v power connector, make sure you do not also
use the molex power adaptor. It is one or the other. Also, make sure
that the switch on the back of the power supply is turned on.
