p4c800 deluxe acting strangely

Whenever i startup up it shows the AI splash...then it goes to a black
screen with white text saying its 'scanning' the IDE devices, or something
like that. Then after a second or two it says there are no IDE devices
connected to fast trak, BIOS not installed. or something like that :-\...
This has never happened before. Then after startup it wants software for the
RAID controller and the System Managment Bus. However I dont have any RAID
devices. And I have no damned clue what SMBus is. Someone, plz, I am in dire
need of assistance. TIA.

Read the manual and configure bios set up accordingly. Nothing to it except
going through a few dozen pages or so. Very informative.
