Occasionally on start up the board gives 6 short beeps and refuses to start, I then reboot and everything is fine. I understand this is a controller issue but I never have any problems at any other time. I'm using a Microsoft Natural Pro Keyboard and wondered if this is the problem. Has anyone else seen this problem?

My P4C800E-D only have 3 beeps on boot, no matter how many external USB devices
connected or NO device connected

<snip newbie html>

Look in the manual for the meaning of the beeps. Three beeps refer to main
memory read/write test error.
