P4C800 and ATX Case Question

I have P4-1.6 old machine and I would like to upgrade mine pretty soon.
I have a 3 year old ATX case which I like very much.
I think I will get P4C800 and I saw there is extra USB and 1934 right next
to Parallel and Serial Port.
So, Motherboard comes with ATX back plane or DO i need to get a new Case
=( ?

Your existing case will suffice if it has the additional 4 pin power
motherboard connector, in addition to the regular power connector. As a
matter of fact, you don't even need a new CPU. I am running a P4 1.6GHz CPU
with my new P4C800-E Deluxe. Make certain you get the P4C800-E Deluxe (all
letters and numbers are significant). And, watch out for the IEEE1394
(Firewire) onboard connector. It has caused some problems. Search previous
posts in this newsgroup for details. Anyhow, it is an excellent motherboard,
you will like it.
 
If it takes 1.6 P4 CPU I can buy CPU/Memory later on. that sounds perfect..
Can you tell me the difference between P4C800-E and P4C800-E Deluxe ???

IMHO there is no such thing like an P4C800-E non deloxe!
Only the P4C800 and P4C800 dlx.
So you mean a non "E" version?
The E baod uses the rais version of the ICH5 and uses the Itel Gigbit
CSA adapter.
The intel nic was my strongest attraction as I had a board with the
crappy 3Com LOM before.

Sorry, there were so many typing errors, I cancled the first post and
try a second time:-)

IMHO there is no such thing like an P4C800-E non deluxe!
Only the P4C800 and P4C800 dlx.

The E board uses the raid version of the ICH5 and uses the Intel
Gigabit CSA adapter.
The intel nic was my strongest attraction as I had a board with the
