P4B533 RAM Question

I have a P4B533 running a celery 2.0, DDR2100 Ram, what is the best ram you
can put in this board? Can you use the Corsair XMS RAM in it? I am going to
upgrade to a 3.0 CPU soon, want to do whatever I can to boost performance,
wife wont let me buy new board...lol....thanks for any recommendations!

No idea if it´ll work.
 
I have never had problems with Corsair XMS ram in ASUS motherboards (athlon
or intel based). If you have the money, in my opinion u cant go wrong with
their memory. Samsung based moduals work well too (I think some of the XMS
use samsung chips).

You need a new motherboard. It's a total waste of money upgrading your RAM
and CPU for that motherboard board. (by the way, I have the same motherboard
[P4B533-E] with a P4 1.8A running at 2.7Ghz 150 FSB with Corsair XMS 3200
CAS 2 ram running at the full 400mhz using the hidden Dipswitch #6 feature
on the motherboard).

Can you give anymore information on your setup and the hidden
Dipswitch #6 feature. I just received one of these boards to build a
"fun" machine and any information would be appreciated.
